These lights are ideal for all kinds of indoor plants seeding growing and flowering at all growth stages. Just check out my plant's results.

Seen some YouTube reviews on LED lights. I was surprised to see that the White LED lights did better than color. Not sure why, but side by side the plants looked better. So I went with white. I

My seeding Bins came from Walmart: I love these bins. The bin is sturdy, and the lid works perfectly as a plant watering try, holds a lot of water, and the lid does not leak.

Also, one of the good things about using these bins is that when you move them onto your porch from inside to acclimate, you can move them into the sun during the days; the cups can't tip over in the wind because of the bin sides, and then back to the porch for the evenings. It only takes a few minutes to do. Easy, Easy nice and Easy

They are the Hefty HI-RISE 72 qt. Storage Bins turned upside down... the tops make great bottoms and lock into place...

Keep at room temperature of 77 degrees or higher.

Use Oil Floor Heater off of Amazon: this is used when germinating your seeds, I heat my room to 80 degrees until the seeds germinate, then I shut it off and remove the plant lids/tops. And then the room temp is always at 77 degrees.

Instead of having to buy multiple heating pads, just get one oil heater...

I love these plant labels; they have plenty of space to write what the plant is.

I use these plant labels from Amazon

I  used these pencils to make the labels. The writing is dark and it lasts and does not get sun-faded.

Peat Moss

Worm Castings, I feel the worm casting plays a huge part in germinating seeds, they sprout fast and grow great.

Everyone asks me what I use so this is my Complete Growing Setup

My setup may not be the best, it's affordable and it works best for me lol and my plants turned out great. I had a 99% germination rate, a few seeds needed to be reseeded. All my plants did not get leggy and grew nicely. What more could you wish for.

I read and seen some real-time growing test about color vs white LED lights, under the white lights the plants grew at the same rate, so there were no noticeable difference that I've seen.

This is my setup, it works great, my plants germinate fast, are not leggy, and seem to be happy seedlings, transplant great, and grow to be nice healthy adult place they feed me well. I like to use 18oz pots of larger because it fits lots of soil, and the plants come out easy. No need to step up the size before planting like you need to do with the smaller trays.

I connect a water hose to my sink and use a wand, spray slow and softly until the pots fill, the cup drains into the tray, then when the plant needs more water it Wickes the water back up from the tray.

For Seeding: I use peat moss, Organic Perlite Soil Amendment, and Worm castings; Mix 3 parts Peat Moss, 1 ½  to two parts Perlite, wet the mix (First) then place into pots Then top off with one tablespoon worm castings mix a little. Place in high-rise planting trays with tops. Put on shelving with LED lighting. If you want the pots closer to your led light, place a try (Hefty 40 Qt. Clear Storage Bin with Blue HI-RISE Lid)  under them to raise them up some.
